Party Policies & Planning Tips

We want your celebration at Soccer Plant to be as smooth as a perfect goal! To help us create a safe and fun environment for your guests, please review our party guidelines below.

Arrival & Waivers

Fast-Track Check-In

To get the fun started as soon as you arrive, please ask all guests (adults and children) to fill out the digital waiver on our website before the party. If anyone misses it, don't worry. We have iPad stations available for check-in at the facility.

On-Time Kickoff

Your party begins exactly at your booked time and lasts for two hours. This includes 90 minutes of high-energy field time followed by 30 minutes in your private birthday room.

Staying on Schedule

Because we often have parties scheduled back-to-back, we cannot extend your time if you arrive late. Please note that staying on the field past your assigned time will result in a charge of 50 dollars per minute.

Footwear & Safety

Cleat-Free Facility
To keep our professional turf in top shape and ensure everyone’s safety, no cleats are allowed. All players and guests on the field must wear sneakers or turf shoes.

Forgot Your Shoes?

We have high-quality turf shoes available for purchase at the front desk if a guest arrives without the proper footwear.

Food & Refreshments

What’s Included

Every Soccer Plant party includes 3 large pizzas (cheese or pepperoni), plates, napkins, a tablecloth, bottled water, and a special Soccer Plant tee shirt for the birthday MVP! Our “+” Party Packages accommodate more guests and include 5 pizzas.

Outside Food Policy

To maintain a clean facility, we do not allow outside food, chewing gum, or outside beverages.

The Exceptions

You are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes (please no ice cream cakes) and additional bottled water.

Extra Hungry?

Additional pizzas and beverages can be easily added to your celebration during the checkout process.

Decorations & Setup

Celebrate in Style

We welcome Mylar balloons and modest decorations to make the room feel special. Please note that Soccer Plant does not provide balloon inflation services.

Prohibited Items

To keep our facility sparkling clean, we do not allow latex balloons, confetti products (including confetti balloons or poppers), piñatas, or glass bottles.

Safety First

For the safety of our guests and facility, we do not allow sterno burners, gas burners, or any electrical appliances that require an outlet. We also ask that decorations are not taped or stuck to our floors, walls, or ceilings.
