Refund Policy

At Soccer Plant, we strive to provide a world-class experience for every player and family. To keep our programs running smoothly and fairly for everyone, we have established the following guidelines for merchandise, events, and registrations.

Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Window

Most items may be returned or exchanged with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new condition with all original tags still attached.

Exclusions

Please note that gift cards, customized items (such as imprinted jerseys), and food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notice Required

All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to your scheduled event or session.

Deposits

Any deposit collected at the time of booking is non-refundable, unless the cancellation is a result of an error made by Soccer Plant.

Processing Fees

Cancellations for Recreation, Leagues, Player Development, or Training sessions will incur a $30 processing fee.*

Our Commitment

If Soccer Plant is unable to assign a player to a session or if a duplicate registration occurs, we will issue a full refund upon request.

Timeline

Approved refund requests are processed within two to three weeks and will be issued via check or electronic credit to your original payment method.

How to Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted through our Online Cancellation Form. Please note that requests made via telephone or after the first activity has already taken place cannot be honored.

Rescheduling Your Reservation

Advanced Notice

We are happy to help you reschedule your reservation if the request is made at least 2 days before the scheduled event.

Availability

While we always do our best to accommodate your needs, rescheduling depends on field availability. In the event that a reservation cannot be rescheduled, the original deposit remains non-refundable.

Soccer Plant Errors

If rescheduling is required due to an error on our part, your deposit will be protected or a full refund will be offered.
